The Strong Body curriculum promotes regular exercise, healthy nutrition and avoidance of harmful substances and behaviors. Students learn how to develop strong bodies through our health and fitness curriculum. Students receive coaching in a variety of sports and physical activities, best practices in minimizing injury, healthy nutritional habits, and harmful behaviors to avoid. Staff and volunteers seek to identify and encourage growth of each student's unique talents and abilities.
